Chicken in White Wine Sauce

Easy Crockpot Dish that you can put in after breakfast or during lunch time to serve at the next meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts Trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine Riesling or Moscato works if you want it to be sweeter
  • 1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 4 Ounce Cream Cheese (Softened) Cut a block of cream cheese in half and you have 4oz
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsely Finely Chopped For Garnish
  • 1/2 Package Thin Spaghetti Noodles or Rice

Directions

1.) Take 4 chicken breasts and trim off fat. Cut into medium sized chunks.
2.) Mix wine, italian dressing, soup, and softened cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
3.) Place chicken into crockpot, pour wine sauce over chicken, and mix until all chicken is covered by the sauce.
4.) Place crockpot on low to eat meal in 4-6 hours, or high to eat in 2-3 hours.
5.) When ready to eat, cook noodles as directed on box and serve with crockpot chicken sauce. Garnish with Parsely for added color and flavor.
